I thought I was the only one that had a workshedule that made it impossible to go out and meet other people at regular places like bars and clubs. After I went online and came by Crewdating I have met several people that have the same hectic shedules and odd work hours. Beeing a flight attendant is great and I love my job, but beeing away on 5 day slings and then deadheading home to try and get what's left of the weekend isn't just beneficial for your social life. Now I have met others in the same situation and it's great to have someone to talk to, that can comfort you when you feel like all your friends are out having fun while you're stuck in another airport.
Great site with some great people. I use it mainly for casual fun and to find somebody to have a drink with when away on layovers.
I had been single for a couple of years before joining up to CrewDating. I'd had a pretty nasty breakup from my ex, and I wasn't sure whether or not I wanted to test the waters, but I'm glad I did. I wanted to meet a man that worked in the aviation industry, because that was one of the reasons my ex and I separated - he couldn't deal with the amount of time I spent away from home, even after dating and knowing what the score was, for at least three years. At least if I dated another crew member, or a pilot, they'd know the pressures that would come with the job, and they'd be able to appreciate how often I would be away from home. CrewDating was actually recommended to me by a female work colleague, and she had gone on a few dates from the site, but hadn't met anyone 'super special' yet. She liked to keep her options open, whereas I was looking more to see if I was ready for a new relationship. I met Mark within just a couple of days of signing up, and although I hadn't mustered up the courage to actually message someone first, I found I was getting a lot of interest from some pretty hunky guys! After realizing I had quite a lot in common with Mark, I figured it would be fine to message back, and after taking it slow and talking for a couple of weeks, we decided to arrange our first meeting. That was a year and a half ago, and he proposed to me last weekend! I want to thank CrewDating for their great website. Without that, I wouldn't have had the confidence to go on any more dates, and I was able to take my time, without a 'free membership for a trial period only' deadline going on, or having to pay per message. I found the website easy to use, and easy to work my way around, and that made things a lot simpler for me. If it had been confusing, I would have been disheartened. Luckily for Mark and I, I wasn't! We are planning on getting married in a years time - June 2016. I would never have met Mark if CrewDating hadn't existed, and I want to thank the site for helping me find the love of my life! Cheers! "Ladies and gentleman I have found the man of my dreams and I wasn't even looking for him! Yes I have found the love of my life on Crewdating.com (hard to believe ain't it) My soon to be husband and I met on this site a year and a half ago and we have been inseperable ever since. Its been a wild ride. Just to let all the fellas and gals know you can find true love on this site. I was lucky to find my love very quickly without any drama, and the kick of it was I only joined this site due to wanting to meet new friends! For all you love seekers don't give up. Don't limit yourself on finding a mate. Mine was thousands (and I mean thousands) of miles away from me and yet in the end we made it work. We're together and owe to this site."
